We need to collect personal data to be able evaluate your account application, manage your affiliate account, process KYC checks, execute payments, and other reasonable activities related to your account with RevolutionAffiliates. When we provide our services, we must collect personal data from you or other related persons in the business that you are a part of so that we can comply with our legal obligations related to our legal requirements as tax reporting obligations to the tax authorities, to meet our obligation to assist authorities, when requested, in the investigation of potential criminal activity etc. Failure to provide us with the requested personal data will preclude us from providing with our services.

Retention of different categories of documents is governed by different requirements and different legislation and regulations.
Our Company will process data for the provision of purposes and legal its obligations explained above and delete all personal data upon termination of the period of these requirement to process subject data.
